I wanted to set up my LLC for my acupuncture practice. Not only did David take the time to get to know me, and my vision for my practice, he also made everything about the LLC filing EASY FOR ME. He not only filed the LCC, but also created amazing patient intake forms for me, ensuring they cover everything necessary. David is kind, caring, invested and willing to do more than just the work necessary. He goes above and beyond every time, out of a desire to really serve his clients, no matter who they are.Sophia Bouwens L.Ac., Dipl. Ac.
I retained David to help set up SportWorks Active Chiropractic. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received. Before we got started, David got to know me and really understood what I wanted for my business. David also connected me with a CPA, bank loan officer, and countless other professionals. I was so pleased that I am now utilizing the general counsel program to address ongoing legal questions including advertising, company forms, and HIPAA compliance.Dr. Sam Lezon

Our attorneys and staff believe that you only truly understand something through actual experience. Therefore, when appropriate, we always want to try out local healthcare and wellness services in our community and client base. Run your own or go to one you recommend? Let us know!
I am not a %22professional%22 - can you still help?
Absolutely, we work with “professionals” as well as teachers, healers, trainers, advisers and with however you self identify. We are here to help – titles are a formality.
I think my work has wellness programs, are these the same?
