Who?
The Supplemental Nursing Services Agency (SNSA) package is for those who are interested in creating an SNSA.
Why?
We have a workflow and system to get the SNSA license. Our fee is refundable which means you either get the license or your money back. Since we have done SNSA applications in the past, we have experience with what will happen and how to navigate it quickly.

- Employment Agreement and Handbook (employment law policies and procedures)
- Business contract – Professional Staffing Contract (your business to the business that you are staffing for)
- Filling out your application with you, getting the exemption letter from the Department of Commerce and making sure it is submitted correctly
Covers all of the requirements listed on the application: https://www.health.state.mn.us/facilities/regulation/snsa/index.html
